This covers a single site license with installation, hosting and support included

Hosting

Includes installation, configuration, support and a year of hosting on a Keymedia server.  Costs may be reviewed if bandwidth exceeds 1Gbyte/month.  Single domain name registration and hosting is included.  Emails can also be hosted and administered by you through an online interface.

Support

Our hosting of Koko includes continuing support by phone and email.  We would expect around 20 hours of support each year to cover most eventualities.  We might wish to review the situation if your support needs exceed this level, as further training might be required, but we are committed to providing an environment in which you can pick up the phone whenever you need assistance.  Any system bugs should be reported immediately to technical@keymedia.co.uk.  Bug reports will be dealt with as a matter of urgency, as Koko is in use by many of our clients.  This support covers normal UK office hours.

Server and Data Backup

The servers are backed up each night.  This backup enables a full recovery of the data stored on the hard disk in event of serious hardware failure.  The data stored in each Koko driven (content managed) website is backed up every Sunday.  This backup is more useful for the recovery of individual files and components, for instance, if files are accidentally deleted or overwritten.

Upgrades

Support requirements that arise as a result of upgrades or system changes not will be included as part of our service.

Templates

Individual page design templates can be created for you as part of Keymedia's web design service.
