Training and support

This involves a training day on your premises for up to three people.  This usually focuses on using the administration side of Koko, but for people who have simply bought a single site license this can also cover installation, configuration and templates etc.  Please contact us and we will arrange training to suit your needs.

Our training includes subsequent telephone and email support.  We are happy to provide support of up to 4 hours per week for the 4 weeks following training in order to help establish a good working knowledge of the system.  This support covers normal UK office hours.

Cost: £500 + VAT (subject to distance travelled)
